Cut-to-Fit Cable Mesh Infill
X-TEND® CXS is a flexible, cut-to-fit stainless steel cable mesh infill designed for fast, field-friendly installation. Unlike pre-sized mesh systems, Mesh CXS can be trimmed and adjusted on-site—no need for exact measurements ahead of time. It’s ideal for retrofits, custom railing designs, or any application where flexibility and speed matter.
Made from 100% AISI 316 stainless steel, Mesh CXS offers long-lasting performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. The mesh is code-compliant and climb-resistant, making it a smart, safe choice for guardrails, balconies, staircases, and more.

Geometry and diameters
Our stainless steel cable mesh can be produced for specific projects, as we can create any size cable mesh. With longer lengths (from approx. 80 meters), the mesh is linked during assembly without this being visible. During our process, we can form various shapes with the cable mesh, including diagonal, triangular, and more. The mesh diamond openings are available from 20 mm to 200 mm, and special mesh openings are also possible. Cable diameters are standard 1.5, 2, or 3 mm.
X-TEND® CXS
X-TEND® CXS is the Cut To Fit Cable Mesh Railing Infill that can be installed into any guardrail system. The CXS mesh is easily field-sized and comes with everything you need for a fast and easy field installation. The only tools required: wire cutters, zip ties, crimping pliers.

x-tend® colors
In addition to the standard ‘natural-look’ cable mesh, we offer stainless steel cable mesh with colored wire rope, including red, white, gold, and black. The surface of the stainless steel wire rope is uniformly covered with a decorative polymer layer (polyester amino resin composition; choice of RAL colors) using a special coating process and hardened under temperature to a surface with a high mechanical and chemical consistency.
This coating is proven as a decorative and protective cover for applications that must be non‐hazardous from the physiological point of view, such as being utilized as a protective cover for machines used for food production. It is also a durable, weather and corrosion-resistant solution, which is equivalent to a powder coating.
*The ferrules are not coated due to the material properties, but in addition to the standard natural color, they are also available in a black version.
