I-SYS® Stainless Steel Rope System
I-SYS® is a stainless steel tension rope system with a wide range of cable and connection options. The cables can be fitted with different types of stainless steel end terminals.
For example, a cable can be provided with stainless steel threaded ends, clevises, eyes, end stops or a combination of these.
The cables are available in diameters ranging from 2 to 26 mm and in the constructions 1×19, 1×37, 7×7 and 7×19.

Materials and Applications Tension Cables
Our cable system is a very complete and extensive tension cable system. It is continuously improved and further developed. The tension cables are produced under European conditions in the Carl Stahl factory in Süessen, Germany, and have European quality certificates and quality marks. Our tension cables are made of stainless steel AISI316 (also known as 1.4401 or A4 quality). We can guarantee this quality 100% through European certificates.
The steel and tension cables that we produce and supply are used for various purposes. For example, the stainless steel cable systems can be tensioned in the balustrades of bridges or stairs for safety. The cables can also have a constructive function when suspending certain objects. Cables are also used as wind bracing and in elevators, stairwells, fences, etc.
